ViaQuest Hospice progress this week.
The full company training platform launch is set for July 1st, now four weeks out. This week the team is wiring the live training video links into the platform, finishing the company resources section ahead of its June 3rd target, and continuing the Hospice Foundations video course, now 12 of 17 modules complete. The Microsoft tenant migration Phase 1 is in progress and under active management as vendor and access timelines are worked through.

Pre-launch testing runs through June with managers first, then full company on July 1st, 2026. Four-section architecture: Orientation, Company Resources, Role-Specific Training, and Hospice Foundations. 17 Hospice Foundations video modules replace the Relias content, with the full set targeted for the July 1st launch. 12 produced, 5 remaining.

Phase 1, email and data migration
The migration runs in two phases. Phase 1, email and data migration to the new Microsoft tenant, is in progress and under active management as vendor and access timelines are worked through. Phase 2, hardware procurement and deployment, follows over July and August 2026, where vendor lead times run 7 to 12 weeks. The AIDM team is finalizing a Dell, Lenovo, and alternative provider comparison for the Executive Committee.
