ViaQuest Hospice progress this week.
The Microsoft tenant migration is scheduled for this weekend, the major milestone of the week, subject to the IT vendor's availability, with a staff communication plan in place to keep disruption to a minimum. The Hospice Foundations video course is complete, all 17 modules, and production now moves to the Liaison training videos. The training platform is on track to show at the June 18th Executive Committee, ahead of the full company launch on July 1st. The company resources section goes live by June 10th, and the portal stays in daily use with refinements continuing.

Pre-launch testing runs through June with managers first, then full company on July 1st, 2026, and the platform is on track to show at the June 18th Executive Committee. Four-section architecture: Orientation, Company Resources, Role-Specific Training, and Hospice Foundations. The 17 Hospice Foundations video modules that replace the Relias content are complete, and production now moves to the Liaison training videos.

The migration runs in two phases. Phase 1, email and data migration to the new Microsoft tenant, is scheduled for this weekend, subject to the IT vendor's availability, with a staff communication plan and support in place to keep disruption to a minimum. Phase 2, hardware procurement and deployment, follows over July and August 2026, where vendor lead times run 7 to 12 weeks. The AIDM team is finalizing a Dell, Lenovo, and alternative provider comparison for the Executive Committee.
